As the leading ferry operator in this region, we understand your needs of business travel.
To provide you with the best deal you deserve, we have developed the Corporate preferred discount programme – this programme offers unique travel benefits to maximise the value from your travel spending and a flexible ticket purchase with discount of between 5% to 17.5%.
The discount however will be based on the number of tickets purchased. Discount concerns the fare exclude SPDF, Surcharge & Batam Terminal Fee.
How to apply for corporate online booking account
You are welcomed to apply for corporate online booking account. Please choose the below options.
Option 1:
Click on “Registration” link. By filling the information required, you are taking the first step toward applying for a corporate online booking for your company.
Option 2:
Sending your request to sales_admin@batamfast.com giving the following information:
- Name of the company
- Your name and contact information
- Number of tickets you require
- Any additional questions
Our Sales Admin Assistant will contact you to discuss your business needs and complete the application process.
You will be given an administrator & traveler password to access to the online reservation booking once your application is approved.
Payment types:
The corporate booking provides clients with a flexible and safe method of payment.
Electronic ticketing can be purchased online with ferry price automatically charged through to the following billing segment method.
- Pre-paid method
- Post-paid method
- Credit card method
If either the deposit payment or the balance payment is not made within the due time, we reserve the right to make any changes to the reservation booked, or to cancel any reservations made on your behalf.
